2161 Hawkins is a 25-story concrete residential structural located in Charlotte’s South End district. Winston Steel will provide two steel checkered plate stair towers with multi-line pipe rails and the galvanized roof top mechanical screen and mechanical unit support framing. Additionally, they will fabricate the steel elevator separator beams, guide rail columns, and required miscellaneous steel. They will also provide the first three levels of structural receive brick support framing and the required parking garage miscellaneous steel framing.

Aspen Heights

Charlotte, NC

Aspen Heights is a 17-story poured in place concrete residential structure. Winston Steel will provide the required structural framing at curtain wall from the sixth level to the roof. In addition, they will fabricate two stair towers requiring steel pan stairs along with handrails and landing, and miscellaneous steel items for the elevator shafts and parking garage.

Novus

Durham, NC

Novus is a 28-story concrete structural in Downtown Durham. Winston Steel will be providing multi-line steel rails for two poured in place stair towers, required elevator separator beams with guide rail columns, and required miscellaneous steel. Additionally, they will provide galvanized roof top screen wall framing around the mechanical units cooling tower, exterior steel framed canopies at street and eight level, and required parking garage misc. steel framing.

Casa Celina

Bronx, NY

Winston Steel will be providing multi-line steel rails for two poured in place stair towers and required elevator miscellaneous steel for this 16 story BRONX project. Additionally, they will fabricate galvanized roof dunnage framing to support solar panels, and street level canopy framing.

Marriott

Charlotte, NC

This project is a 23-story concrete structure in Charlotte, NC. Winston Steel furnished stairs with rails and other required miscellaneous steel. We also fabricated structural steel framing for the elevator shafts, entrance canopies, amenity trellis framing, and screen wall framing.
