2161 Hawkins is a 25-story concrete residential structural located in Charlotte’s South End district. Winston Steel will provide two steel checkered plate stair towers with multi-line pipe rails and the galvanized roof top mechanical screen and mechanical unit support framing. Additionally, they will fabricate the steel elevator separator beams, guide rail columns, and required miscellaneous steel. They will also provide the first three levels of structural receive brick support framing and the required parking garage miscellaneous steel framing.
